Diversity and Inclusion in Insurance Awards
More good news for Lockyers. We have been shortlisted in not 1 but 2 categories in the 2019 Diversity and Inclusion in Insurance Awards.
In the words of the organisers
“Insurance has for a long time being characterised a ‘grey, male and stale’, but times are changing. With insurers, brokers and all parts of the insurance supply chain making strides to consign this stereotype to history; and change the perception of a sector which remains so important to the economic outlook of the country.
With this in mind, Insurance Post and Insurance Age is delighted to announce that it will hold the first Diversity and Inclusion in Insurance Awards in November.
The event will celebrate individuals who work in the insurance sector who have done the most to champion D&I awareness and issues within their organisation and wider afield in areas such as LGBT+ rights; mental health; disability rights; gender and race equality”.
Lockyers are finalists for the Diversity and Inclusion Collaboration and Flexible Employer Awards.
The heart of our business is our people. Lockyers value all staff as individuals and recognise that everyone has personal commitments outside the workplace.
